Is it female. It looks female. Do you see spurs on back feet? You can post pic of hind feet to be sure. But my guess is that she might be getting ready to lay eggs. Maybe if you can post a pic of hind feet and a closer shot of the whole body?

Is that fertilizer or miricle grow pellets in dirt? Hopefully not

If that is fertilizers in dirt,let's hope that she didn't ingest any. I'd remove fertilizer and cover with large enough rock that she cannot ingest then get a lay bin

Gravid Female... Not a male. See image below... And I would start reading this husbandry program because her set up on a fake tree is a disaster waiting to happen. They eat plants so fake plants become an impaction risk which can kill them. Her eye has a bit of swelling/lump under it.
How long has she had the mustardy colored splotches?
How many insects have you been feeding her a week?
What's the basking temperature?
What UVB light do you use? What supplements and how often for each and how heavily do you dust the insects?
