Yes, from what you describe VET. You can fill out the ask for help form in the health clinic. If your chameleon is closing his eyes during the day, he is most likely ill and falling can be a sign of Metabolic bone disease or it could be he cannot see to grip branches or vines. Please post pics of your chameleon and your set up in addition to filling out the forum. If you have not seen him eat or drink, and eyes are closed, he may be in dire straits right now. We need to know how he has been kept, what lighting you are using, supplements, etc. All that is in the form.

Fill this out, the more detailed you are, the better :)

These are some VERY serious issues that I can almost guarantee will require vet prescribed medicine. Everyone on here could give you guesses as to what could be wrong, but either way, your Cham needs a vet ASAP. To NEVER see him awake you are on the brink of death I am guessing., especially if he is falling constantly. My only advice would be to put a towel at the bottom of the cage so he doesn't break anything when he falls until you get him to the vet. I really hope you can get to a vet soon! I'd love to see pictures and awesome updates about his recovery.
