Chameleon has dried blood around rectum

I have recently noticed that my chameleon has been bleeding a tiny bit from his rectum. There is no prolapse, and he is eating and drinking just fine. There was a small drop of blood after he pooped a couple days ago. This morning, I noticed a small amount of dried blood around his rectum. I can't afford to go to a vet right now and I am very worried. He is not dark in color, so he doesn't seem stressed or sick. This little guy is my world and I don't want anything to happen to him :(
