Adult males are around 16" total length females are smaller at 10" Sizes do vary, these are just averages.

Ive seen males at 21 inches (beastly) and some larger females but the females usually never go past like 13 inches(biggest female ive seen yet)..

I just weighed my panther a few minutes ago and he is 14-15 months and weighs 227 grams. He is a Sambava and they get large supposedly. I will have to get a length measurement.
