So I noticed just recently that Starr has scratches on both her left side and right side. Not sure how or what happened, think she got them from the screen. What human meds can be applied so the don't get infected? Going to WalMart in the morning and think some said something about Neosporin, but not sure. Anything else I need to get while I'm there?

You can use neosporin, but it needs to be the kind WITHOUT pain relief.

How deep are those scratches? If just the top layer of skin is scratched i would apply nothing and let mother nature do her course. But keep her enclosure clean and decrease humidity at night. Also make sure all prey insects are out of her enclosure before you turn off the lights. Can you post some pictures? Ruth

I would love to post pics but still without a computer (moved and have no internet access). Looks like a surface scratch
