Chameleon Documentary - Los Angeles Greek Film Festival

Chris Anderson

Dr. House of Chameleons
I received the following email that I thought I should post here, particularly for those of you in Southern California:

Hello!

My name is Athena Asklipiadis and I am on the committee for the LA Greek Film Festival and I was just letting you know that one of the films in our festivals is a documentary about Chameleons. I think it would be something you and your site visitors would find interesting, The screening will take place in Hollywood at the Egyptian Theatre on Sunday, June 28. Here is our site for more information and where you can purchase tickets: http://www.lagreekfilmfestival.org/index.asp

Below is a synopsis of the film:
CHAMELEON BEACH
(KAMAELEONERNES STRAND)
Denmark, 2008, 52 min, Beta SP, US Premiere
Dir: Adam Schmedes
On a beautiful Greek beach, a small population of African chameleons is fighting to survive, in fierce competition with a growing tourist industry that threatens to destroy the fragile environment and drive the species to extinction.

Thank you for your time!

If anyone ends up going to see it, I'd be interested in hearing what they thought.
