Okay so i was watching my chameleon and he suddenly was pooing and there was this red thing which pushes out and then it released some type of liquid and some white stuff is this okay ?
I used to use substances i don't anymore.
Lighting: Exo terra Daylight
Exo terra night lamp
I Drip water in to his mouth every night.
He is in the natural sun light (no glass he is outside in the daytime and inside in the night.
Eating (Meal worms) (Note: the meal worms inside the container there is dirt or something like that.)

Sounds like he is discharging seminal fluid from his hemipenes. As long as it goes back inside he should be ok. If you are only feeding mealworms you need to change his diet. They are high in fat and have high chitin content and have been associated with impactions.

Sounds like you've been flashed. As long as it goes back in its quite normal.:D

if the red hemip went back in, that's fine. as others have said, the white is smeg and normal.

what do you mean you drip water into his mouth at night?

you will want to reduce the use of mealworms to less than 20% of total diet and start offering nutritious, gutloaded prey.

do you mean you no longer use supplement calcium and vitamins?

NO light at night
