Chameleon bleeding?

I have noticed 3 times in last week, fresh blood on branch where my veiled chameleon sits. Each time there was poop on the bottom of the cage below the same area blood was noted. I do not see any blood in the poop. She is acting normal & eating & bright green. What could this be? It's only a small amount each time & I have checked her over to make sure she has no cuts or abrasions & nothing there.
Thanks.
