Does anyone know a reptile shop/breeder that could ship a chameleon to overseas?
or is it just too complicated/long process?

Too complicated and too expensive. It's not the shipping, it's the cost of the paperwork. Where are you located?

Oh I see.. Im in South-Korea
thanks for the heads up~!

They all need CITES permits to be exported (or re-exported) from any country into South Korea. CITES is the Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species. It is international law--there is no getting around it. South Korea may have their own laws governing the import of chameleons on top of CITES. The paperwork is free or of minimal cost in most countries, but the US charges hundreds of dollars for the paperwork and inspection fees. It is not easy.

Then there is the shipping which will require a broker.

I am sure many are imported (and smuggled) into South Korea so you should be able to find something. Any pictures I've seen of panthers in Hong Kong have been awflul--very severe metabolic disease that the keepers weren't even aware of. Be careful what you buy.
