Cham hunting fish??

So the other day we moved my small paludarium in the room with my female. It is several feet away, but I am now constantly finding her inside it trying to catch the 2 tiny fish, and 3 shrimp.
I would not have thought they would do this. Obviously their tongue is useless for catching fish so she has not got any.

I just thought it was funny really.. She is well fed, and weighed every few weeks, so not starving, just the movement attracts her.

Females are always hungry. They never know when they may have to ramp it up to make babies and when food might be scarce.
Can't blame a girl for trying.
