Cham got scared

I think I accidentally sprayed my baby cham a little bit. He got black rings on his back then a cricket walked by and he turned brown and after it left, He rolled his tail up and started like hyperventilating, like huffing up and down. Then he got the black rings again.. Is he okay? He didnt eat the cricket either.

Its ok that you sprayed him and he got wet. No harm. He probably did not like it, as some do not, so just try not to make a habit of it!!! He should be fine!
