Cham finally shedding

I noticed that one of my cham's eye sockets looked very wrinkly, and when I went to feed her a couple of minutes ago I saw pieces of shed around the eye starting to appear. First time shes shedding since I have her, what should I do for her?

usually if you up the humidity for a few days before and during the shed, it makes it easier on the cham. try another spray or two per day if possible
