I'm from South Africa they still got a long way to go. My first clutch didn't made it they didn't get any veins

Can you explain what you mean by they didn't get any veins?

I was given 3 panther eggs and have them in an incubating substrate a dam wondering if they are still viable. They are from a mating in July of last year.

Any idea how I can tell if they are still viable? When should they hatch if they are from July?

You can candle the eggs and check how far they are it usually takes 6 to 8 months for eggs to hatch or it can take a full year, the eggs have a diapause when the embriou cease to develop for a while and then after that it goes on.

Dennis - what would I look for if I "candle " them to determine how far along they are? Would I just use a flashlight to do this?
