I got this now 5 1/2 - 6 month old girl from Ryan Jarosek in Late January and have been so happy to have her but unfortunately, as of yesterday, I'm no longer employed and paying off student loans and car payments is going to destroy the savings I have to go by. She truly is amazing and started getting her colors only a month or so ago and I've been taken back at seeing a carpet chameleon in real life. She's extremely outgoing for a carpet from what I've read, she hunts actively and drinks as well with complete disregard of me being around and the few times I've handled her to take her outside she's been surprisingly confident.
I'm asking for $200, local pickup only (I am in Coppell, TX just outside of Dallas) as I have never shipped an animal before, let alone a chameleon, but more importantly I don't feel comfortable shipping her from Texas as the temps. are already in the mid 80's today and will be in the 90's later this week. She is in an 18 x 18 x 36 from LLL and you are more than welcome to have her cage and lighting as well for no extra charge.
She has not layed any eggs yet (I've kept a laying bin in for over a month now just in case) but from what I've gathered she is sexually mature. She's sure to get even more color as she is still so young and I'm honestly saddened to have to miss out on not only seeing her develop more but also lose the chance to possibly find a mate for her and enjoy this amazing species for years to come. The pics I included are from about two weeks ago and I'd be happy to send more to anyone interested.
