Cfl for lighting

Ok wondering if anyone is using cfl for the lights for plant growth ? Instead of goin expensive tryin go the cheaper way

CFL dont do squat. sansi grow led or go home. Even a halogen flood is cheaper in the long run vs CFL for grow. CFL just doesnt put out enough light to grown anything.
