Central air vent

What is the consensus on placing cages near a central air vent? Mine is off to the side and above my cage placement and currently I have it opened slightly there is some air moving above the cages. It does help warm the cages up in the morning and ambient temperatures are ranging 73-75 degrees in the cages. At night it dropped to 63. The house thermostat is set at 70 so it is not running constantly.

So my question is, should I close the vent?

i wouldnt. of course you dont what to blast him with air but a little wont hurt. plus you can alway get one of those magnetic plastic thingies that diverts the air.
i have the same setup and my only complaint is that the heat drys out the cage so i just have to mist more often.
