Carrots and Cilantro for gutload?

So I was looking through the house tonight trying to find some things that would be good for gut loading for the crickets. I found frozen pieces of carrots that my mom gave me, and I also found some cilantro in the refrigerator. Would these two things be good to use as a gut load, in addition to the fluker's orange cubes that the crickets have right now?

I am also going to try to get some mustard greens and or turnip greens soon. For now at least, would these things be good on their own or should I throw pretty much all of those in there? Also, when putting the cilantro in, should I put just one stem or so in there?

The orange cubes are garbage. They keep the crickets alive, but do not provide any nutrients to the chameleon. Carrots are good, and I have no idea about the cilantro.

Cilantro is good to use. The orange cubes are a terrible excuse for nutrition and a waste of your money. I'll throw some mustard greens in the cricket cage and they go bonkers over it. I also use Cricket Crack for them and my roaches too.

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, so most of the scrap pieces go to the feeders!

Carrot and cilantro are fine as gutloads, amongst other things (obviously you wouldn't rely solely on these forever). I echo the opinion about the orange cubes.

Cilantro is a source of Thiamin and Zinc, carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese

Carrot provides Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.
