Carpet - Not laying all eggs

I have a female carpet who is refusing to drop all of her eggs. Two of the eggs she did lay were in the laying bin on top of the soil and one behind the pot her plant is in. It is common for Carpets not to dig and just drop the eggs , so thats not what this post is about.

She has a laying bin that she could care less about. She is currently about 42 + days in. I can feel eggs maybe 3 or so in her. She has turned back to receptive coloration and seems fine. She is eating like a pig and pooping like well something that poops alot. But there are they eggs and she is fat as can be.

I have an appointment with Dr. Greek today at 3 pm. I was just curious of what peoples input were on the subject.

Also how it is treated ?

:D , I guess I will find out what the Vet has to say.

I will update the thread after the appointment if anyone is interested.

My girl is doing fine. Dr. Greek checked her out and she is full of eggs.

We are treating her with Oxytocin to try to induce her to lay.

Dosing is .005 -.01cc or 1/2 - 1 unit per injection.

This poor little girl weighs 12g and has to get an injection two times a day for two days then off for two then back on. She is really healthy eating drinking and perfectly normal except for being full of eggs.

If that doesn't work we will have to do surgery to remove the eggs.

I will keep everyone posted.

on a side note Dr. Greeks new office is really nice. Their motto is if you can fit it through the door they will see it. :D
