I'd be willing to bet that is a urate. I would bump up his/her hydration. What are you doing as far as hydration needs?

Looks like urate to me too. The orange indicates that the cham may be a little dehydrated. Lengthen the misting sessions and things should improve.

He drinks in the morning and evening when he goes outside... He drinks out of the hose... I have a drip system in there but I've never seen him drink... I mist him about 6 times a day.... Sometimes more....

What is a urate??

Chams' poop is a lot like a birds...they pass urates (a solid form of urine) along with the feces at the same time. A normal urate of a hydrated cham should be white. As they get dehydrated the urate will start looking orange and eventually darker brown. The urate will also get hard as it gets compacted from lack of moisture. A dehydrated cham's urates will be very solid almost like a piece of chalk. This cham is borderline...there is still moisture being passed. Just raise the cage humidity and/or offer more water and it should be OK.
