I got my monthly reptiles magazine the other day and their was a double page picture of a Namaqua chameleon. Can you own one of these?

I don’t know the export laws for the countries they are from but they are CITES appendix ii meaning that they can be exported with permits.

Very very doubtful. You'd more than likely have to get it WC. Doing a search on the forums here there was some talk of this Cham in 2016-2017 but nothing since.
