can you feed exoterra multivitamin to veiled chameleons?

Hi so I bought the exoterra multivitamin but I saw a video that said that chameleons need a specific type of vitamin A and that the exoterra multivitamin doesn't have the right one.
just wanted to ask if I could use those multivitamins for a veiled chameleon

Hi there so this one does not have vitamin A in it. I would suggest Repashy Calcium Plus LoD. It has a jacksons chameleon on the front. Just make sure it is the LoD version. You would use this 2 times a month say the 1st and the 15th. Then plain calcium without D3 at all other feedings.

So it is a multivitamin but is lacks preformed vitamin A which is recommended. Then you also have to have a plain calcium without d3 as a separate supplement that you use the rest of the month.
