Can someone please tell me what tis is?

Hi guys my sons veiled chameleon has formed a spot on her side, it appeared just after her last shed we thought it might have come off with her next shed which happened yesterday but it just got bigger.

Is it a raised bump or a spot?

If spot, does the skin and the same testure as the surrounding skin?

It looks pinkish in color from what I can tell and looks like it might be some kind of growth forming. This is just my opinion from what I see in the pics.

its raised and quite ard to the touch, smooth compared to her skin. Its more of a grey colour. It doesnt bother her unlless you touch it

Rule outs for a growth are 1. Neoplasia
2. Granuloma
3. Abscess
4. Infection (Bacterial, Fungal)
Did this area shed normally? Has he had an injury to this area?
I would recommend taking him to an experienced reptile veterinarian to determine what it is and the best way to treat him.
