Open it off of your hard drive with IE Paint. then use the tabs at the top, you want the stretch scew tab and resize it yourself. Really very easy to do.
If its Original is less than the desired size mentioned in the quote, then upsizing it will only blur/pixilate it, ruining the quality.
Downsizing is ok, but you cant stretch it much.
