Can some sex my chameleon?

I got this little dude yesterday and was wondering what it’s sex was. It has that bulge where the body meets the tail, but I don’t think it has spurs, maybe they’re just still growing? I’m pretty sure it’s about 1.5-2 months old

Ok. I’ve been looking into them just in case she was a girl, so I got like a big tupper ware, and I put wet sand in it right? Do I just put it at the bottom of the enclosure and she will find it? Also do I put it in only when she is gravid or all the time?
