I have purchased a juragon incubator with hatchrite but it wont be here for a week and my veiled just laid 40 eggs yesturday. Will I be able to use moist sand in a rubbermaid container until it gets here?

I would use plain topsoil it retains moisture better sand will dry out fast and then your going to add water which is tricky. I would bake the soil in the oven which will kill the nastys that are in it.

Got my bag of hatchrite just in time for my other veiled tolay her eggs. I have heard its really good so I orderd some off ebay.
