well ihave a female jackson and i know they can oversupplement but im not sure if phoenix worms can do it please reply its her main source of food

Well, using any one food item too often isnt really good for them. They need a variety of foods, both so they dont become bored with their food, and so that they get a wide variety of nutrients from various insects and gutloads. It would be best to use at least 5 different feeders. Try not to let any one food type make up more than 30-40% of her diet if it's possible.

Possible foods include: crickets, roaches (dubia, discoids, etc.,) superworms, mealworms, butterworms, silkworms, hornworms, mantids, snails/slugs, non-toxic moths/butterflies, flies (fruit flies, house flies, blue bottle flies,) grasshoppers/locusts, stick instects, and isopods.
