can I use these eyedrops??

I was wondering, cause I have a bottle for when my turtle had eye problems a while back, if I could use the zoo med repti turtle eye drops?..

it says the ingredients are;
water (isotonic saline solution), solubilizing hydrotrope, vitamin A palmitate in an oil base, cynocobalamin (vitamin B12). I just want to make sure before I use them if they would be alright for my chameleon?
