Can I feed my baby small superworms?

Very small superworms should be fine for snacks but not everyday use. I think of it as their ice cream. :)

jastate09 is right. i got superworms a couple weeks ago and only fed them 2-3 times a week.

but you can still feed small ones though.

The golden rule on here is variety. Mix supers in with other insects you have, such as crickets or fruit flies. I will use them quite often during the week, sometimes as a snack after a lunch of something else, or sometimes as the full meal. My guys love them, along with roaches, crickets, hornworms, an whatever else I have on hand.

However, I've read somewhere, I think, that the smaller the superworm, the less meat to shell ratio it has. So they end up being more shell than anything else, compared to a larger jucier one. So that's something to keep in mind. But I could be wrong.

ditto - i agree with the above.
a couple a week is going to be totally fine. if you start giving a couple a day, you could end up with troubles.
