I will normally get up at about 7-8am and wait until almost 9 or so and turn on her light and spritz down her cage until its dripping everywhere. afterwards, I normally feed her around noon and then about 5-6 before she goes to bed at 8:30-9:15pm. Its a great schedule for me, I am gonna have to get a mist system though because now my work called me back and I am going to be working a lot. In the afternoon that is. But I normally mist like 4-5 times a day with WARM water...very key, you don't know how much your chameleon hates the spritz bottle until you accidentally catch her running away with a cold spray, makes me feel like she should get the opportunity to take me outside and spray me with cold hose water lol
