Can chameleons be over weight?

You all know Bemis, but our other panther rescue, Raneri, seems like he might be chubby.
He has Big legs and this fatty neck roll behind his head.
I don't know haha.
Maybe I'm just used to Bemis being so skinny.
What do you think?

He doesn't really look overweight to me. Usually panthers that are over weight have HUGE head pads.

Edit: is he older? Older chams fill out more. Usually around the time they are 24 months old, they tend to thicken up. (Not necessarily get fat though.)

We really don't know his age.
The man we got him from said he was around a year old but knew very little.

No, he looks good, in my opinion. Nothing I would call fat, you see some that have fat heads, faces, and arms. But I think yours looks good.
