yeah if its in the plantdatabase, but if it says its poisonous then no its not safe.

Cool cause i have a veiled and i see that sometimes he bites the leaf but its only when he drinking water.im going to look into home depot

i've got a panther who does. he chomps at leaves a lot more frequently than i think he should. seems to like both the hibiscus and the hoya. there's other plants i let him wander in around the house that he doesn't like however.

i should try some romaine with him i guess :p

i love collard greens at least is something we can share cause he been mad at me since i have him on a diet.i usally feed him 12 crickets a day but now is 10 cricket for only 5 times a week

Special Garden

In the summer, I grow a special veggie garden of collards, mustards & dandelions for my big iguanas. I let my little Veiled girl out there to climb, and she definitely partakes of the mustards & collards! (Unfortunately, she likes to head for the tomatoes & I caught her trying to eat a tomato leaf once...NO!)

Oh yeah. You have to be careful about not only what kind of plant you get, but also what time of year it is. Some will be perfectly fine until they start milking or giving off poisonous spores. There's a lot of different fuits and veggies you can feed some chams, but again there are some you want to steer clear of.
