Can baby panther chameleons eat worms or only crickets

Hello i was wondering if baby panther chameleons can eat worms i know they Shouldn't eat meal worms or should they only eat crickets and also is it ok to feed them small crickets i find outside

As a general rule, just make sure the length is no longer than the distance between the eyes. As long as that is the case, yeah it's fine.
