I've found that the color of my chams depends upon temperature, stress, health and seemingly, mood.

My Kuzco did that to! How big is his cage?

His cage is 18x18x24...i think he's about 4 months old....it was weird when i got him he was just chilling on a branch really dark but the others that were with him were really light n hyper..idk

He might just like being out. That's how my baby was. Very active just didn't like to be caged. I bought him a 24*24*48. He loves it. Brightened right up but still loves to be held

Yea he turns even brighter then on my hand when he sleeps he's almost white lol...he's only dark in his cage or not sleeping...u said maybe he likes being out of his cage that's y he brightens up?? I was thinking since he stays dark all day in his cage till he gets out that this means he's scared of me??? Idk he's pretty weird only bright when out of his cage or sleeping??

And he is active only when he's out of his cage?? He jets n climbs for the top of anything when he's out...in the cage just chilling like u c....it was kinda hard getting him to sit for the picture on my hand
