cami has layed!!!

cami is on day 30 now and we've discovered she has layed 1 egg so far!! We're new to this and REALLY REALLY need your advice on what to do and not to do with regards to the egg thats been layed and how long she will carry on laying for!

We have an incubator set up and ready.

Do they normally lay eggs one at a time??

Its not normal for her to lay one egg. Did she bury it or did she just drop it. If she just dropped it maybe the laying setup isnt right. As for the egg you have now. I put them in damp vermiculite, pop on the lid and put them in a dark closet for incubation, no incubator at all. What kind of Cham is Cami?

Our panther cham laid 1 egg last night we took it our and put it in the incubator and then she laid another 29 today

she buried it!

Cami is a veiled cham

we gone through the whole tub now (painstakingly slowly and gently taken forever) it was definately only 1 egg have returned the chamber back to her viv the 1 egg is in the incubator and we are now going to leave her until wednesday unless anyone has any diffferent advice.

ok guys so generally how long will she take to lay the rest of her clutch, i dont want to rush her but i dont want her to struggle either, nor do i want to invade her privacy too much

she's on day 32 now and i can clearly see that she is still carrying eggs

I had a female that laid on the 32nd day. It drove me to distraction worrying about her, but she was pacing, off her food and on the 32nd day I got up and she was digging. I keep my fingers crossed for you and hope to see a note that she laid in the morning, or the next.
