Cameroon: what bulb should I get?

Hey guys, I hope I can find some help. I have 3 Male quads I acquired from a client at work. I've never owned this type before, only veiled and jacksons. The lady I got them from says they should get an Arcadia 12% because they're from higher up and have more exposure.
Is this right? I feel like 12% is high for a chameleon?
Any tips?

I think you would be good with a 6% uvb bulb from Arcadia. The montane species live higher up in elevation, but spend more time lower in the canopy.

6% lineal bulb is good. High 60's-mid 70's is a good with a 10-15 degree drop at night is a good temperature target, and try to keep the ambient humidity during the day in the 60-70 percent range.
Do you have an auto-mister set up?
