Cameo the Chameleon

I moved Cameo to his new viv today and was wondering if the reptisun 5.0 is enough for him, the box said its good for up to 45cm but the viv is 122cm, should I change the bulb for a 10.0 or is it good enough? I am using both that and his uvb spotlight too its only been for today but would rather know sooner than later!
