Calumma malthe

Eisentrauti: Well, it bothers you not to continue the rare species might be illegal, the main thing they are well maintained and bred?

Short conclusion: In my opinion a illegal specimen in experienced hands is always better than a legal WC one in beginners hands (we all know the threads here where sb without any knowledge about chameleons has buyed some gracilis or dilepis etc. in a pet store, asking for help)

Clearly it is much better albeit illegal animals get better in experienced hands than in some who do not even know exactly what they have to sit there at all in the terrarium:rolleyes:

Yeah I highly doubt them being CB.
And also they are not that common in places where they are listed to be.

I spent many hours in Graskop, Mt. Sheba, Pilgrims rest, Mac Mac, Sabie and a few other places, and I found no chams except for a dead female.
So I am quite surprised that there are so many starting to show up in the U.S!
