Californian source for grasshoppers?

IS there a source for grasshoppers in California? I was hoping to buy some for Ryker ^^

I have not seen any sources of captive bred grasshoppers in California. You can always catch wild ones.

The only place I could think of going that might have lots of grasshoppers is a nearby park but I don't know if they use pesticides, it doesn't seem to be very controlled though besides the fact that they cut the grass...

I have a good time with the kids catching wild grasshoppers, but remember to stay away from places where they spray pesticides. Boy do those Chams love em.
