Is it bad to give a cham calcium with d3 2-3times a week if hes indoors all the time??(10month old xanth jackson cham)

That's very likely too much for a jackson
Its possibly too much for even a panther /veiled (depends on the brand of supplement / how much D is in it)

I dont have it on me but i know i should be giving him calcium phosphorus free and without d3 but i cant find any store locally that caries it and i dont know a website that i can order it and it actually get to me
 
In the meantime, use a wide vareity of well gutloaded prey.

temporary alternatives might be to grind fine some Tums, or a cuttle bone, and a human grade calcium (or calcium + magnesium) tablet.
