Hi I had a couple of questions about calcium. when supplementing do you dust with calcium without d3 everyday? and with d3 twice a month? I asked the owner of a local reptile store and he said it was backwards. any input would help, thank you.

thats what most people seem to agree on.. as well as a multivitamin twice a month, also requires that you havea good UVB bulb.

cool thats what i was thinking i dust his crickets without d3 everyday and with d3 every other monday, and i have two good uvb lights on him.

I doubt you will have any problems if you follow your plan, just remember to change your bulbs every 4-7 months.
