Currently the 500 count is the smallest offered. BSFL do have a longer shelf life which can be extended through refrigeration. A medium sized larvae would be a good choice if wanting to extend longevity to feed single or smaller collections of Chams.

Even if they grow up to crawl outs you can let them pupate.

My guy stopped eating the grubs, but the flys he goes NUTS for.

Absolutely! You can place some BSFL in a potted plant or in a side dish, let them pupate and have a no maintenance source of food.
