I would plan on upgrading to a 2x2x4 to give it more room. The size you got is for babies... And I hope you got the correct uvb lighting separately because the coil uvb bulb that comes with the double dome is not sufficient for chameleons. Hello! Unfortunately, the chamelon kit is not sufficient for a chamelons needs. Check out DIY cages. They have great enclosures. @JacksJill... What size is good?

Size depends on sub species and sex of the Jackson.
Xanths from Kenyan blood lines male and female will need 24x24x48"
Xanths from Hawaiian bloodlines males 24x24x48, females 18x18x36 or larger.
Jacksonii jacksonii males 18x18x36 or larger, females 18x18x36.
That said they wwould all enjoy larger cages if possible.

Dragon strand makes the dragon ledges and drain pans too that will work with the cage you bought.
