is a 2', 2', 4' cage good for a 2-3 month old chameleon? i understand that its hard for them to find food. what if i cup feed them? would that work? please answer asap

yes that could work. With the larger cages, if you don't cup feed then the food can hide. I mean they can hide in the smaller cages also. That should be ok.

When I got my chameleon at about 3 months old I put him in a cage that was 36 X 30 X18 which is a good size also. He would hunt down the crickets pretty well as soon as I put them in. There would be a few that would hide out in the plants and I would just check evertything out before bed time and remove them from the cage. you can always throw a little bit of cricket food(whatever you are gutloading with) in the bottom of the cage and they will usually come out to eat it and that way they will not bother your chameleon at night.
