cage size for a 3month old panther

Would you guys say a 12 d x 18 w x 20 h cage would be good for a 3 month old boy? Just till he gets bigger of course

18x18x36" (45x45x90cm) - Juveniles/adult female minimum
24x24x48" (60x60x120cm) - Adult male minimum or adult female
