Cage set up "help"

Hi everyone, I have a little set up here and was wondering if you could tell me how it looks? "Good and bad" I was also wondering if you could explain what temps for females are supposed to be at and how I check the humidity levels?!? I read females are supposed to have dirt so I thought I would give her some dirt, but then I read that you don't want to put dirt on the bottom so I am confused in that part. Do they need basking lights? I thought females don't need basking lights! Also how do I keep it humid in her cage if it's all screen? Sorry for all the questions. I was told by a friend I was doing everything wrong"with her cage" but I just did what I have read. So I thought I would ask people who knows what they are doing. :D Also how do I make it where she doesn't lay eggs? I read if you give her extra cal they won't lay eggs?!?! It would be great if anyone could help me out. Thanks a bunch :D

I put plexiglas over the front half and up top around the lights area of my enclosure to keep it humid and to keep it cat-proof. I assume you have a veiled?? She needs 50-60% humidity daytime and +80% at night. Get a hygrometer to measure the levels. She needs a basking spot of 80-85 degrees. Ambient temps of low 70's. Spray her cage 3-6 times a day with warm water, or get an automatic mister. If necessary, get a fogger. Get the dirt out of the bottom of the cage, she can ingest that and get impaction. What it means is she needs dirt to lay her eggs in, approx. 10-12 inches. The only way to not make her lay eggs is to get hormone injections, which is NOT a good thing.
