Cage remodel

Hey so i have a home made cage right now that 2'x2'x4' its made of mdf with a front mesh door and a mesh top. i was thinking of maybe making this into a cham cage, was thinking of just cutting out a couple of the sides. re netting it and calling it good. if i was to do this should i raise it up on a table of some sort and if so how high should i raise it? Any other ideas on how to change this would be nice. i would take pics but its outside under a blanket and i dont really feel like going out there freezin my but of and taking a couple pics. i had a pair of collards in there but decided a 30 gal aquarium would be better for now. might pick up a 50 some day. thanks

Hey,
MDF no good, you need alot of moisture when keeping chams (depending on specie) to keep up humidity & hydration, MDF absorbs moisture like a sponge and swells. Also this introduces a breeding ground for bacteria..no good.
Raising your enclosure is good, raise it so your cham can climb above your eye height. Do a search on enclosures, you'll find heaps of ideas.
Post some pics when you get warmer and we may be able to make some suggestions.

The enclosure should be raised as high as possible.
The highest branches in mine are only about a foot from the ceiling.
MDF and water don't mix well .... how do you plan to handle that with misting etc.?
