I think Kev had 2 beers and started posting again.. Light weight. :p

Looks good, But I think you could rethink the door and door support design. The way you have it now it really obstructs the view of your cham. You have to keep in mind that your cham is going to spend 90% of his time up in the area where you have those 1x4s. Just use 1x2s framed up like you are building a screen for a window. Cut the corners at 45s and pre drill your screw holes. I've built 3 cages now like this and it works fine.

example: screen door

Ya i know i could have done better but for a 19 year old that has never built anything outta wood i dont think its too bad using a hand saw and screw drivers lol

I didn't mean to imply that you did a bad job. As far as construction goes, you did pretty good. I'm just saying you may not be happy with constantly having a blocked view of your cham. That's all.

edit: and if your going to make changes...now is the time to do so. 1x2s are cheap enough for this not to be a big deal. You can do 45s with a hand saw you just need to mark your line before you cut and be careful to make sure your cut stays on line.

ooooooooooooh geeeeezzas.

Wasn't drinking... lol havn't had beer in over a week. I think I had eaten a couple of reeses peanut butter cups.... sugar.... almost as bad as a buzz. :D
