Cage for 1 month old nosy be

Could I get away with using a plastic Hagen? As I don't want to spend on a cage unnecessarily as it will only be temporary.
Ideas?

You could use a rubber made with no lid like breeders do.

I use a cheap flexarium/reptarium... you can get a good size for a baby at a really decent price. A lot of people use these cages in adulthood as well, but be warned that they are flimsy and the mesh tears really easily with hardly any effort.

Well they come in several different sizes and they're generally sized by gallon... I think anywhere from like 22 gallons to 260 gallons. You could start with a decent size like a 65 gallon and section it off, and as he gets older you could begin to open it up, and then finally make the transfer the adult cage once he's ready.

That is 1ft x 1.5ft, and really that is too small... I would consider going larger and partitioning off what you don't want to use, and then opening it up over time.

Yes that's to big, about 50 cm tall is plenty an more to the point has someone sold you a 1 month old panther? If so that is terrible they should not even be thinking of selling them before at least 10 weeks

No I don't have a way of doing that.
1.5ft is too small and 3ft is too big? That sounds like rubbish to me I'm sorry to say!!
I don't have a 1 month old Cham but I'm trying to gauge the size of cage I'd need as he is that age maybe younger at the mo

Solved!!
I will stuff the bottom of the 3ft cage with loads of towels etc until its half way up! No nails, no wood, no hassle and doesn't disrupt my set up as its all cable tied together
