K kinyonga Chameleon Queen Dec 19, 2021 #3 Welcome to the forum! Not a clear enough photo to be sure...but may be his hemipenes. If it doesn't go back in before a couple of hours, I would put a little KY jelly (NOT Vaseline) on it and talk to a vet.
