I'd get a new vet. She doesn't "nest.' a large enclosure with a lay bin permanently at the bottom will do.

Umm…besides that, she is very definitely a he. You really do need a better vet.

Yep, she is now a he. No nesting spot needed. Please get a new vet. Yours does not know reptiles.
